If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the refund is approved, we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

To request a Refund Authorization, just call and speak with one of our Customer Service representatives at 949.713.1400 between the hours of 9am to 5pm M-F PST (Except holidays).
No refunds will be provided to any customer that has their company information removed from the Senior.com websites due to posting inappropriate photos, words or providing false information or promises.
