Shrimp Stir-Fry Wrap

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 package Contessa Shrimp Stir-Fry
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup mild salsa
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack and
  • American cheese, shredded

Preparation

  1. Prepare rice per instructions on package.
  2. Prepare stir-fry per instructions on package.
  3. Heat tortillas.
  4. Lay tortillas flat, spoon in 2 tablespoons rice, 1 tablespoon salsa and 1 cup stir-fry.
  5. Sprinkle generously with cheese, then wrap.
  6. Serve with salsa.

4 to 6 servings
